With our Trays To Go menu, you can call up to 1 day in advance and build your own buffet – ideal for your next social event, meeting, graduation party, conference, birthday party, office function, or special occasion. Michael’s offers a variety of catering options to suit your needs including full-service catering and event management services.

Full Trays generally serve 25-30 people, half trays, 12-15 people depending on the quantity of other foods served.
